REQUEST:
The action requested of City Council is to review and consider the approval of the attached Task Order No. 2018-018 from Williams Architects in the amount not to exceed $99,455.
DISCUSSION:
As City Council my recall, on October 2, 2018 at a work session Williams Architects presented to City Council the Library Needs Assessment and Space Planning Study. Included in the report were design concept recommendations. Subsequent to the presentation, staff worked with the consultant to create the attached architectural, interior design, and engineering services task order. Deliverables included in the task order are:

data collection,

budget parameters and funding sources,

phasing schedules,
-
project probable costs, and
-
Construction plan set.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the task order is recommended.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for the project is identified as Penny for Pasco Sales Tax Dollars in the City’s current Capital Improvement Program. | | | |
