REQUEST:
The City Council is asked to review and authorize Resolution No. 2019-04, which establishes the City’s intent to reimburse certain expenditures incurred with the acquisition of the Orangewood Utility System with proceeds from the Water & Sewer Revenue Bond.
DISCUSSION:
Will Reed, from Ford & Associates, Inc. (City’s Financial Advisor), will present to the City Council the terms and conditions of the Water & Sewer Revenue Bond. Duane Draper, of Bryant Miller Olive (City’s Bond Counsel), will present to the City Council the details of Resolution No. 2019-04.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution No. 2019-04.
