As you are aware, the City has contracted with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to assist with updating and expanding our Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Plan.  The purpose of the work session is to discuss possible future CRA projects.  In that regard, I have attached a copy of a projected growth chart within the CRA relating to the proposed 30-year extension to aid you in your discussion. I have also asked Mr. Keith Grimenger and Mr. Kelley Klepper of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to be present at your meeting in the event that they may be helpful to the discussion.
