This property, which is located at the northeast corner of Green Key Road and Manor Beach Drive, was zoned to PDD in 2006 for a developer that was interested in establishing townhouse development. The project was never brought to fruition.
Since that time, the property was sold. The new owner of the property is interested in building a residential development that provides for 526-875 square feet of living space accompanied by parking for recreational vehicles. The project also provides amenities such as a pool, waterfront access with a boat ramp, and clubhouse.
