REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the re-appointment of Richard Melton to the Cultural Affairs Committee.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Richard Melton has been a valued member of the Cultural Affairs Committee since 2017 and currently serves as the committee's Chair. His current term is set to expire on August 15th and therefore he has submitted his application for re-appointment. If approved, Mr. Melton's term would be for two years and would be up for renewal on August 15, 2021. Staff has verified that Mr. Melton meets the all the requirements set forth in the ordinance to serve on this committee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the re-appointment of Richard Melton to the Cultural Affairs Committee and accept the attached updated roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
