REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to approve the funding recommendation from the Cultural Affairs Committee in the amount of $1,000. for the Land Office Centennial Celebration on June 14, 2019.
DISCUSSION:
A presentation was made to the Cultural Affairs Committee at their regular meeting on May 15, 2019 for a funding request for the Land Office Centennial Celebration to be held on June 14, 2019. The Cultural Affairs Committee recommended funding for this event in the amount of $1,000. A complete program budget and flyer detailing the event is attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation from the Cultural Affairs Committee is to approve $1,000 for the Land Office Centennial Celebration.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding in the amount of $1,000 is available in the Cultural Affairs Committee budget. | | | |
