SUMMARY:
As Council is aware, the city's alleyways were not incorporated into the Pavement Management Plan when it was adopted back in 2017. It was the consensus of the PMP Committee that alleys should be managed through a separate program. Since that time, staff has been working with Genesis Halff to create an Alley Management Program. The draft report is attached for Council's review and discussion. David Fleeman from Genesis Halff will be presenting the program to Council.
REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends that City Council conduct the work session to review the proposed Alley Management Program. | | | |
