REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 5, 2019 special meeting and regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting for the first public hearing on the FY19/20 Budget and CIP on September 5, 2019. Immediately following the special meeting, City Council met for their rescheduled regular meeting. The regular meeting was moved from September 3, 2019 to September 5, 2019 due to Hurricane Dorian. The minutes from each of the meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 5, 2019 special meeting and regular meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
