REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 24, 2019 work session and special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a work session on September 24, 2019 to discuss legislative priorities for the upcoming legislative session. Immediately following the work session, City Council met for a special meeting for the final public hearing on the FY19/20 Operating Budget and CIP and special assessments. The minutes from that work session and the special meeting are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 24, 2019 work session and special meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
