Proposed changes to the City Code Fine Schedule were inadvertently included with proposed fees at a previous Council meeting. I was not aware that amendments to fine schedules must be presented separately and included within the ordinance.
The proposed changes to the City Code Fine Schedule affect Chapters 10 and 14. For Chapter 10 Garbage and Refuse -- verbiage has been included to address Burying or Burning and Depositing Garbage or Trash in the City and changes the violation classification; and, for Chapter 14 Miscellaneous Offenses – verbiage has been added to address Discharging arrows, bolts or projectiles.
