REQUEST:
The request is for the City Council to conduct a first public hearing of Ordinance No. 2020-2180 which repeals Ordinance No. 2019-2055 regarding a conditional use application for eCarve LLC for the operation of scooter rentals/sales at 5780 Main Street.
DISCUSSION:
On November 5, 2019, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2019-2055, which approved a conditional use application to allow a scooter and single-wheel vehicle sales and rental center at 5780 Main Street. The owner no longer desires to operate from this location and has filed a new conditional use application to operate from 5707 Main Street. Consequently, staff is requesting Ordinance No. 2019-2055 be repealed in its entirety.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation is to approve the ordinance as submitted.
