REQUEST:
The request is for the City Council to conduct a second public hearing and adopt an Ordinance approving with conditions a scooter sales and rental use at 5707 Main Street.
DISCUSSION:
At the January 7, 2020 City Council meeting, the City Council held its first public hearing on a proposed Ordinance approving with conditions a scooter sales and rental use at 5707 Main Street. At the public hearing, the City Council amended some conditions. The proposed attached Ordinance incorporates the changed conditions and corrects the map showing the location of the business.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Development Department recommends the Council adopt the Ordinance as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
