Aaron Arnett, of Arnett Muldrow and Associates, will be leading a discussion with City Council members about the their views of New Port Richey.  This is the first of a series of focus groups with the community that Arnett Muldrow will be conducting.  This is an opportunity for each Council member to express their views of the community, their hopes and desires for the future, what they feel is important, what is needed and what could be changed and what should be preserved.  Through a series of questions and discussions, Mr. Arnett will learn from the City Council about the community, and the desires of the elected leadership of New Port Richey.
