As City Council my recall, on October 2, 2018 at a work session Williams Architects presented to City Council the Library Needs Assessment and Space Planning Study. Included in the report were design concept recommendations. Subsequent to the presentation, staff worked with the consultant to create the architectural, interior design, and engineering services for the renovation. This included data collection, budget parameters and funding sources, phasing schedules, project probable costs, and a 50% construction plan set.
The attached task order completes the design and construction documents needed to construct the project. Deliverables also include bidding and permitting phase and construction administration, project close-out, and warranty phase.
