REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the appointment of Frank Starkey as first alternate to the Land Development Review Board.
DISCUSSION:
On April 21, 2020 Frank Starkey submitted an application seeking appointment to the Land Development Review Board. As you are aware, Mr. Starkey has been a valued member in our community for many years. He is also a current member on the Historic Preservation Board. If approved, Mr. Starkey's term will be for three years and will be up for renewal on May 5, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the appointment of Frank Starkey as first alternate to the Land Development Review Board and accept the attached updated roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
