REQUEST:
The request before the CRA is to review the attached task order for a Trails Feasibility Study to be conducted by S&ME, Inc.
DISCUSSION:
S&ME, Inc. submitted a proposal to conduct a Trails Feasibility Study. The study follows a recommendation included in the Parks Master Plan that was completed in 2017. The study will identify gaps in the current and proposed trail infrastructure for the City, both within the City and as the trail system connects to adjacent portions of the community trails system. In addition to the identification of opportunities for connections, they will develop an order of magnitude opinion of probable construction costs.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before the CRA is to approve the task order from S&ME, Inc. for the Trails Feasibility Study in the amount, not to exceed, $20,800.
BUDGET / FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding is identified in the FY 19/20 CIP. | | | |
