Subsequent to City Council discussions pertaining to utility rate cost for water customer’s utilizing irrigation meters for lawn watering, staff contracted with Stantec Consulting Services Incorporated to perform a review of the City’s existing irrigation rate and rate structure and present to City Council options for more affordable lawn irrigation.  Mr. Jeff Dykstra, Managing Consultant, Financial Services will be in attendance to present the review to City Council.
