Subsequent to City Council resiliency discussions, staff contracted with Environmental Consulting and Technology, Incorporated (ECT) to perform a Drainage Improvement Evaluation for the downtown redevelopment area east of the Main Street Bridge.  The evaluation identified current stormwater drainage conditions such as, existing stormwater drainage systems, drainage system capacities, system upsizing estimates, and development and redevelopment impacts to the drainage systems.  Mr. Robert Johnson, P.E. of ECT is scheduled to present the analysis at tonight’s City Council work session.
