SUMMARY:
As City Council may recall, on July 2, 2019 staff presented the Alley Management Program (AMP) draft at a City Council work session. Subsequent to the presentation, public comments were taken. At the conclusion of public comments and City Council comments, staff was directed to have the City’s Environmental Committee review the draft and submit comments to City Council. Please see the attached Environmental Committee recommendation memorandum. In addition to the recommendation memorandum, staff and Genesis/Halff Consultants have reviewed the recommendation memorandum and are prepared to supply input to City Council and answer any questions City Council may have.
REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends that City Council conduct this work session to discuss program elements and methodology.
