REQUEST:
The request is for the CRA Board of Directors to approve the Declaration of Easements and Parking Agreement with Prometheus Port Richey, LLLP.
DISCUSSION:
As you are aware, in January 2020, the CRA Board of Directors approved the project to have Keiser University construct a new campus at the corner of US Highway 19 and Main Street. As part of the project, there is a proposed parking structure to be constructed for shared use with the City and Keiser University. In order to close on the property, a parking agreement needs to be in place. Our City Attorney has worked closely with the attorney representing Prometheus Port Richey, LLLP on creating the agreement and it is attached for the Board's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the CRA Board of Directors approve the Declaration of Easements and Parking Agreement with Prometheus Port Richey, LLLP as submitted.
BUDGET / FISCAL IMPACT: No funding is required for this item at this time. | | | |
