REQUEST:
The request is for the Board of Directors to approve the minutes from the August 11, 2020 and August 19, 2020 CRA meetings.
DISCUSSION:
The Board of Directors met for regularly scheduled meetings on August 11, 2020 and August 19, 2020. The minutes from those meetings are attached for the Board's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors approve the minutes from the August 11, 2020 and August 19, 2020 CRA meetings as submitted.
