REQUEST:
The agenda request is for the City Council to adopt a Resolution authorizing the implementation of the Community Development Plan's Long-Term and Short-Term objectives.
DISCUSSION:
This is the third of four agenda requests pertaining to the City's housing rehabilitation category application under the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant ( FSC CDBG) Program. The Resolution establishes six (6) long-term and two (2) short-term objectives that will be used to guide the City's implementation of the FSC CBDG Program, if funded.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Development Department Director recommends the City Council adopt the Resolution.
