REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 10, 2020 and September 22, 2020 special meetings.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting on September 10, 2020 for the first public hearing on the FY20/21 budget. City Council then conducted a special meeting on September 22, 2020 for the final public hearing on the FY20/21 budget along with the public hearings on the annual assessments. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 10, 2020 and September 22, 2020 special meetings as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
