REQUEST:
The request is for the Board of Directors to approve the minutes from the September 15, 2020 and September 22, 2020 CRA meetings.
DISCUSSION:
The Board of Directors met for their regularly scheduled meeting on September 15, 2020. The Board of Directors then met for a meeting on September 22, 2020 to approve the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The minutes from both meetings are attached for the Board's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors approve the minutes from the September 15, 2020 and September 22, 2020 CRA meetings as submitted.
BUDGET / FISCAL IMPACT:
