As City Council is aware, the City has had a long standing relationship with the New Port Richey Main Street (NPRMS) organization for many years. In August, City Council, in its capacity as the CRA Board of Directors, renewed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NPRMS.  Per the provisions outlined in the MOU, attached for City Council's review is a draft of the proposed work plan for New Port Richey Main Street for the upcoming year.  The plan will be presented by Executive Director Amy Finotti-Marin.
