REQUEST: The request is for City Council to conduct a second and final reading of Ordinance No. 2020-2204 for the sale of the vacant parcel located at 6605 Madison Street to James V. Stelnicki, DPM, PA for use as a parking lot for the adjacent medical facility.
DISCUSSION: The City acquired this parcel through foreclosure. The structure on the property was unusable and was condemned, demolished and the property put up for bid as surplus property. Staff has accepted this offer, contingent on City Council approval, and drafted a purchase and sale agreement.
