The purpose of this City Council work session is to present the proposed Nebraska Avenue Parking Lot Improvement Project.  As some of you may recall, in December of 2019 the City entered into a contract Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for design, bid and construction phase services in regard to the proposed project. At this point, the staff would like to formally present the project to you for your comments.
