REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to conduct a discussion regarding the possibility of permitting a Native American festival in Sims Park.
DISCUSSION:
During the Communications portion of your meeting on February 16, 2021, Councilman Altman requested a discussion take place regarding whether or not it would be permissible for Chasco to host a Native American festival such as the one he attended in Brooksville. Therefore, this agenda item was created per Councilman Altman's request.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council conduct a discussion regarding the possibility of holding a Native American festival as requested by Councilman Altman.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
