REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the renewal of our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) agreement in the amount not to exceed $82,500.00 over a three year period.
DISCUSSION:
In 2018, the City entered into a three year contract agreement for our ESRI licensing. Over the last few years the city has expanded the use of our GIS resources by integrating them into our ERP software and applications. We continue to expand the use of our GIS software functions in our development and public works departments. The licensing provided by the agreement offers an unlimited amount of server and work station licenses as well as additional tools used by city staff. This year we enter into a new agreement in the amount of $82,500 over the next three years.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the renewal agreement as requested.

Funding for this item has been budgeted and identified in the Technology Solutions account number 001024-44429.
