DISCUSSION

The National Prescription Opiate litigation stems from political subdivisions within the State of Florida filing suit against numerous entities engaged in the manufacture, marketing, promotion, distribution or dispensing of opioids. Funds received under this agreement can be used for creating strategies for programing and services to expand the availability of treatment for individuals impacted by substance use disorders.
