REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the re-appointments of Bonnie Martin and Marcia Mihall to the Library Advisory Board.
DISCUSSION:
Bonnie Martin and Marcia Mihall have been valued members of the Library Advisory Board since 2017. Their current terms are due to expire on June 5, 2021 therefore they have submitted their applications seeking re-appointment to the board. It should be noted that Ms. Martin currently serves as secretary for the board. If approved, their terms will be for three years and will be up for renewal on June 5, 2024. With these re-appointments, that leaves two alternate member positions open on the board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the re-appointments of Bonnie Martin and Marcia Mihall to the Library Advisory Board as submitted and accept the attached updated roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
