REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the July 6, 2021 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting on July 6, 2021 to declare a local state of emergency in response to Tropical Storm Elsa. The minutes from that meeting are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council to approve the minutes from the July 6, 2021 special meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
