SUMMARY:

The purpose of this City Council work session is to continue the discussion related to the proposed Alley Management Plan (AMP).

 

As City Council may recall, at a previous City Council work session staff presented the Alley Management Program (AMP) to City Council.  Subsequent to the presentation, public comments were taken.  At the conclusion of public comments and City Council comments, staff was directed to have the City’s Environmental Committee review the draft and submit comments to City Council. In addition to the recommendation memorandum, staff has reviewed the recommendation memorandum and is prepared to supply input to City Council and/or answer any questions City Council may have.    





REQUESTED ACTION:

Staff’s recommendation is to conduct this work session to discuss program elements and methodology.
