REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application for the 2015 Cotee River Bike Fest.
DISCUSSION:
The Cotee River Bike Fest will be held on October 9 - 11, 2015 in Sims Park and in downtown New Port Richey as identified on the maps located in your packet. This three day Alcoholic Beverage Special Event will provide beer and wine sells on Friday, October 9th from 5:00p.m. - 11:00p.m., on Saturday, Oct 10th from 12:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. and on Sunday, October 11th from 1:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. The Special Event Team reviewed the application at their meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 and recommended approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve the Cotee River Bike Fest in Sims Park and in downtown New Port Richey on October 9 - 11, 2015.
