REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 7, 2021 work session and regular meeting and the September 9, 2021 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council then conducted a work session before their regularly scheduled meeting on September 7, 2021 to continue their discussion of the proposed Alley Management Program.
City Council conducted a special meeting on September 9, 2021 for the first public hearing on the FY21/22 Operating Budget and CIP and Special Assessments.
The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 7, 2021 work session and regular meeting and the September 9, 2021 special meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
