REQUEST:
Staff requests that the City Council review and approve Resolution No. 2021-50, which amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule for FY2021-2022.
DISCUSSION:
As part of an annual review, City staff reviewed the existing schedule of fees and are proposing certain changes, which have been conveniently highlighted in blue in the accompanying schedule of fees.
It should be noted that all building department fees have been removed from the attached and will be presented to City Council for their review at their October 5, 2021 regular meeting as staff is still working on final recommendations for consideration. If approved, the building department fees will then be incorporated into the attached fee schedule with an effective date of October 1, 2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2021-50, which amends and approves the Consolidated Fee Schedule for FY2022.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
If approved, the amounts approved will be incorporated in the FY2021-2022 Operating Budget and will be utilized throughout the upcoming fiscal year. | | | |
