REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 21, 2021 regular meeting and the September 23, 2021 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council met for their regularly scheduled meeting on September 21, 2021. City Council conducted a special meeting on September 23, 2021 for the final public hearing on the FY21/22 Operating Budget and CIP. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 21, 2021 regular meeting and the September 23, 2021 special meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
