REQUEST:
The request is for the Board of Directors to conduct a discussion regarding proposed economic incentives for Zen Kitchen & Bar.
DISCUSSION:
As the Board of Directors is aware, the owners of Zen Forest are moving from their current location off of Rowan Road to the former Gatsby's location at 6229 Grand Blvd and will open under the new name of Zen Kitchen & Bar. Staff is requesting that the Board of Directors provide direction as to what type of economic incentives may be appropriate to aid Mr. Patel and Mr. Wang with the relocation of their well established restaurant.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors conduct the discussion regarding proposed economic incentives for Zen Kitchen & Bar as requested.
BUDGET / FISCAL IMPACT:
