REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the October 12, 2021 special meeting and the October 19, 2021 regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting on October 12, 2021 to discuss an increase in Council salaries and to hold a public hearing for a Small Cities CDBG-CV funding application. City Council then conducted their regularly scheduled meeting on October 19, 2021. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes October 12, 2021 special meeting and October 19, 2021 regular meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
