REQUEST:
Attached for review and consideration by City Council is a Proposal from Stertil-Koni USA, Incorporated in the amount not to exceed $36,648 for the purchase of a set of four (4) 74,000 lbs working capacity hydraulic vehicle lifts. The pricing is in accordance with the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract No. FSA20-EQU18.0 Heavy Trucks and Equipment.
DISCUSSION:
This equipment will be used by the Fleet Maintenance Division when performing maintenance or repairs to heavy equipment. Subsequent to the construction, this equipment will be relocated from the existing fleet maintenance building and utilized in the new maintenance building.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the purchase is recommended.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds for this purchase were approved by Council in the 2021/2022 Capital Equipment/Improvement Program and are made available in the Fleet Maintenance Division Capital Equipment Outlay budget account 501591-46431. | | | |
