REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the November 16, 2021 work session and regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a work session before their regularly scheduled meeting on November 16, 2021 to discuss proposed changes to the mural ordinance. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes November 16, 2021 work session and regular meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
