REQUEST:
Approve resolution authorizing and approving the Mayor to execute amendment #1 to the cooperation agreement between the City and Pasco County to participate in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs.
DISCUSSION:
The City entered into an agreement with Pasco County on July 11, 1995 to participate in the CDBG, HOME and ESG programs. The agreement is being amended to incorporate changes necessary to meet US Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the resolution
