The Special Event Team met to review the Railroad Square Usage and Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Applications for Fitzgerald's St. Patrick's Day Event at a meeting held on February 7, 2022.

This is an annual event. 

Fitzgerald's has requested to offer beer and wine to be sold in Railroad Square as follows: Tuesday March 15th 4:00pm - 10:00pm, Wednesday, March 16th 11:00am - 10:00pm, Thursday March 17th 10:00am - 12:00am.

March 16th and 17th before noon and 17th until 12:00am times are non-traditional times for sales of alcohol at an event.  

Alcohol Beverage Special Event Permits stated times on the application are 12:00pm - 11:00pm per city ordinance Chapter 3, Section 3-5 (3)Conditions for ABSEP approval.   j. Hours of operation for the sales and/or consumption of beer and wine shall be limited to noon through 11:00 p.m. for events held on Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for events held on Sunday; the applicant shall be fully responsible for enforcing the hours of operation; and the applicant shall be liable for the failure to enforce the hours of operation.

Fitzgerald's is an establishment that is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages on the establishment's premises and is requesting to utilize Railroad Square per the Site Map (approved by the SET team) attached.
