REQUEST:
The CRA Board is asked to review and approve the accompanying Budget Amendment, which would allow for the funding of:
- 3 Part-Time Trolley Driver positions, which are needed to operate the Downtown Trolley Program
- costs related to maintenance of the Parking Garage
DISCUSSION:
These positions would be responsible for operating the CRA purchased trolleys along a designated route throughout the downtown area. Additionally, the CRA will incur costs related to the maintenance of the parking garage, such as security, utilities, sign repairs, etc.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the CRA Board is asked to review and approve the accompanying Budget Amendment, which would allow for the funding of 3 Part-Time Trolley Driver positions and costs related to maintenance of the Parking Garage.
BUDGET / FISCAL IMPACT:
The budget amendment results in the transfer of funds within the CRA; therefore, the net effect to the overall budget is $0. | | | |
