REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to adopt Resolution No. 2022-04 which establishes a Section 504 Compliance Policy for Community Development Block Grant Programs and Projects.
DISCUSSION:
As Council may recall, at your meeting on July 8, 2021, there were several resolutions passed in regards to the administration of the Community Development Block Grant Program. In order to comply with the program requirements and also as a condition of receiving CDBG funds, the City is required to adopt a Section 504 Compliance Policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council adopt Resolution No. 2022-04 which establishes a Section 504 Compliance Policy for Community Development Block Grant Programs and Projects as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
No funding is required for this item at this time. | | | |
