REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to adopt Resolution No. 2022-06 which will establish a fee schedule for animal-drawn vehicles.
DISCUSSION:
This agenda item is a companion piece to the second reading of Ordinance No. 2022-2258 regarding animal-drawn vehicles. This resolution establishes an application fee of $100.00 per vehicle and an annual permit fee of $100.00 for those vendors who wish to operate animal-drawn vehicles within the city.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff requests that City Council adopt Resolution No. 2022-06 which will establish a fee schedule for animal-drawn vehicles as requested.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item as the application and permit fees collected will provide a revenue source to the City's General Fund. | | | |
