REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the April 26, 2022 special meeting and work session.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting on April 26, 2022 to approve participation agreements related to the National Prescription Opiate Litigation, MDL No. 2804 (N.D. Ohio). Immediately following the special meeting, City Council conducted a work session to discuss proposed Penny for Pasco Projects. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the April 26, 2022 special meeting and work session as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
