REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the appointment of Chopper Davis as second alternate member to the Land Development Review Board.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Chopper Davis has submitted an application seeking membership on the City's Land Development Review Board. If approved, Mr. Davis' term will be for three years and will be up for renewal on July 19, 2025. As Mr. Davis faithfully served the residents of New Port Richey for nine years on City Council, I have no doubt that he is well suited to fulfill the responsibilities associated with a position on this Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the appointment of Chopper Davis as second alternate member to the Land Development Review Board as submitted and accept the attached updated membership roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
