REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 6, 2022 special and regular meetings.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting to hold the public hearings for non-ad valorem assessments before their regularly scheduled meeting on September 6, 2022. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 6, 2022 special and regular meetings as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
