REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the adoption of the Library's Strategic Plan for FY 2023-2027.
DISCUSSION:
As Council is aware, Library staff have been working with representatives from Library IQ to create a Strategic Plan for the last five months. The process included gathering input from a community survey in addition to public focus groups and individual stakeholder meetings. The information was then compiled and presented to City Council at a regularly scheduled work session on September 13, 2022. The Library's Strategic Plan highlights the strategic planning process, key challenges and overall planning goals and objectives and is attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff requests that City Council approve the adoption of the Library's Strategic Plan for FY 2023-2027 as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
